Tasks and Duties

  • Advise our national and international commercial and private customers in the rental station
  • Complete transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks
  • Sell additional services that span the whole topic of car rental (Incremental sales)
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards
  • Coordinate our premium vehicle fleet
  • Organize the day-to-day in the station
  • Manage customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental
  • Complete transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant Field
  • Very Good Command of the English Language
  • (1-3) Years of Experience in Sales or Retail Industry
