Rentals Sales Agent
Tasks and Duties
- Advise our national and international commercial and private customers in the rental station
- Complete transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks
- Sell additional services that span the whole topic of car rental (Incremental sales)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards
- Coordinate our premium vehicle fleet
- Organize the day-to-day in the station
- Manage customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental
- Complete transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks
- Maximize 'walk up' business
- Monitor reservation and vehicle rental returns
- Reconcile and accounte for money paid and received
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant Field
- Very Good Command of the English Language
- (1-3) Years of Experience in Sales or Retail Industry
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Valid Driving License.
